With over a decade experience in business transactions, financial background and years operating successful service business, Tanya brings to the table in-depth knowledge of small business ownership, excellent negotiating skills and deal creativity.

She holds respected designations of Certified Exit Planner (CEPA), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP) and strongly believes in continues professional development.

Tanya is currently serving as President of Michigan Business Brokers Association, largest professional organization in the State of MI dedicated to business transactions. She is also a proud member of IBBA and is a Board member with Clarkston Chamber of Commerce. Outside of INIX, Tanya is married and raising two boys.

For more than 10 years, Jenny successfully founded and scaled multiple small businesses, building them from the ground up into thriving brands.

Certified in Digital Marketing, Jenny combines operational expertise with strong digital growth strategies. At INIX, she focuses on streamline operations, enhance brand positioning, and build sustainable growth models. Her strategic approach is grounded in real-world business ownership experience, marketing innovation, and a commitment to measurable results.

Beyond her professional work, Jenny is deeply committed to community and global service. She is an active member and leader in the Junior League of Birmingham, where she dedicates her time to impactful local volunteer initiatives. Jenny also supports and mentors three young girls and their families through Compassion International, demonstrating her dedication to empowering future generations around the world.
