FOUNDER & LEAD ADVISOR - INIX CONSULTING AND BROKERAGE
Helping Business Owners Exit with Confidence and Without Regret
For more than 15 years, I've guided Michigan business owners through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives: selling their company.
Be honest. Be prepared. Put the client first. Always.
My Story
The Decision That Changed How I Advise
Before founding INIX, I built my foundation in corporate finance — where I learned how numbers tell stories and how decisions affect people far beyond a spreadsheet.
Later, I built and sold my own service company.
And that experience changed everything.
Sitting on the seller's side of the table, I felt the weight of the decision. The second-guessing. The questions that don't show up in financial statements:
- Is this the right time?
- Am I leaving too soon?
- Did I build this well enough?
That experience continues to shape how I approach every engagement.
For me, this isn't just about closing a deal.
It's about helping someone move into the next chapter of their life.
How I Work With Clients
I Meet You Exactly Where You Are
When business owners first call me, they're rarely 100% certain. And that's okay.
Transactions Closed
Some are excited — ready to see what they've built is worth. Some are burned out — ready for a different kind of life. Some are simply exploring their options, not yet ready to commit to anything.
Across Multiple Industries
Manufacturing · Healthcare · Construction · Services · Professional
"You don't have to be fully ready. My job is to bring clarity to the situation — not to push you into a process you're not prepared for."
Success isn't measured by the number of deals — it's measured by how clients feel walking out of closing: confident, respected, and ready for what's next.

Let's Start a Conversation
You Don't Have to Be Ready.
You Just Have to Be Curious.
If you're thinking about selling now — or even a few years down the road — let's talk. A conversation doesn't mean you're committing to the process. It means informed decision-making and a defined path forward.
